The following conditions apply when renting rental equipment from HikingEstonia
The owner of the rental equipment is HikingEstonia.
Unauthorized additional rental, sale, rental and transfer of rental equipment is prohibited.
The customer has the right to use the rental equipment only for its intended purpose.
The customer undertakes to use the rental equipment carefully.
Rental equipment must be returned within the agreed deadline. If the rental equipment is not returned on time, HikingEstonia will be reimbursed twice the rental fee for the days delayed.
HikingEstonia has the right to terminate the agreement immediately if it turns out that the customer has provided false information, does not pay the rental fee on time, does not ensure the maintenance of the rented rental equipment, uses the rental equipment contrary to the terms of use, or violates this agreement in any other way. In case of termination of the agreement, the customer is obliged to return the rented equipment immediately.
The customer is obliged to notify HikingEstonia of damage and breakage of the rented hiking equipment as soon as possible. The customer does not have the right to repair the equipment himself (unless otherwise agreed).
Customer is responsible for theft and equipment.
The customer is obliged to compensate HikingEstonia for the loss of rental equipment. In case of theft of rental equipment, the customer is obliged to report it immediately to the police and HikingEstonia
HikingEstonia has the right to claim all damages from the customer. If the rental equipment is destroyed or cannot be returned for any other reason, the customer is obliged to pay both the rent of the rental equipment and the full price.
The client declares that he has the equipment necessary to use the equipment and uses the necessary protective equipment in the activity.
HikingEstonia is not responsible for damages caused by the customer or third parties. Also damage caused by the use of rental equipment. All risks related to the use of the rental equipment are borne by the customer, and the customer is obliged to compensate the lessor and third parties for the damages caused.
The rental fee and deposit are paid before the start of the rental period. After returning the rented equipment, the deposit will be returned.
If necessary, amounts for the repair of rental equipment or a fine for exceeding the repayment period (double the amount of the loan fee for each day exceeded) will be deducted from the security deposit.
